Our cornmeal is made from Hickory King, an heirloom yellow corn developed in Appalachia in the 1800s. Grown on the farm in Leesburg, Georgia, they're ground fresh daily with our modern stone grist mill.
Keith and Pam Kelly purchased Rock House Farm in 2005, with a plan to create a grass-fed beef business. Soon their children followed, helping the farm and creamery grow to what it is today.
