At Rock House Creamery, all our products start with creamline whole milk which comes from pastured cows that produce a milk high in butterfat. Creamline milk is not homogenized so the cream layer rises to the top. That plus low-temp pasteurization makes Rock House milk as close to natural from the cow as it comes. The result is a decadently, creamy texture paired with a rich, buttery flavor.
A2 Milk is Dairy Accessible for All
At Rock House Creamery, we are producing A2 milk, which means our cows all have the A2 protein type. What does this mean? A2 protein is commonly believed to be better for those with milk sensitivities, so our milk and dairy products can be enjoyed by all.
