Ingredients:
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 8 oz Rock House Creamery cranberry zest chevre
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and toast until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
