Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Rock House Creamery Plain Chevre
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: a drizzle of olive oil on top

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Base: In a food processor or blender, combine the softened chevre, roasted red peppers, Greek yogurt or sour cream, garlic, and smoked paprika.
  2. Blend Until Smooth: Process until the mixture is smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper to your liking.
  3. Serve & Garnish: Pour the dip into a serving bowl. For extra richness, drizzle a little olive oil on top and garnish with fresh parsley or chives.
  4. Enjoy: Serve immediately with your choice of veggie sticks, pita chips, toasted baguette slices, or crackers.
